Here I will give a very brief account history of my past leading up to my heart surgery in December 2013 and why I honestly feel that my own mistakes and bad choices in life played a major role in the medical problems I have had and the things I have to accept and deal with now. It is to late for me but I sincerely hope that others will learn from my mistakes and don't make the ones I did.
If young people can learn while they are young and see and understand what they need to do to lead a healthy lifestyle. It is never to late to start not even for those like myself that has learned so much later in life. It is so very important for the young people to learn early so that there will be less of a chance that they may end up like me.
